Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Seed-based products that fail to grow (as growth depends on user care and environmental conditions)

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will send a replacement item at no extra cost once the issue is verified

  • Replacement eligibility depends on product availability

5. Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order ID

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

6. Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
